Concept
To encourage more people to participate in the citizens’ dialogue for Oxelösund’s new master plan, we used VR. By retouching 360-documented locations in the municipality to show what it could look like in 2030, citizens could move 13 years into the future.
The campaign created awareness and engagement in target groups that were previously difficult to reach. In addition, the campaign received attention in both the trade press and local media and strengthened the municipality as an innovative organization. Now all that remains is to wait until 2030 to see what becomes a reality!
