To address the shortage of service technicians, we developed ‘Teamwork’ – an engaging digital challenge designed for the younger generation.
The primary target group is students at a crossroads, deciding on their high school education – an important decision with countless possibilities. At vocational education and high school fairs, prospective students can play Teamwork while Scania Sweden employees seize the opportunity to interact with them directly. The game is a scalable concept that can be easily brought to schools or integrated into study visits at Scania’s workshops.
Through thoughtfully crafted challenges, students gain hands-on insight into the profession and what it’s like to tackle complex service tasks under time constraints. By emphasizing collaboration and problem-solving, Teamwork reshapes perceptions of the service technician role within the heavy vehicle industry.
