Are you a service-oriented and structured person who thrives in a dynamic environment? We at You Are Here are looking for an Agency Assistant to support our team in their daily work.
Your duties include:
– Administrative support, such as managing documents and bookings. – contact with suppliers and customers – Assisting with film and photo assignments. – Other practical tasks that keep our business running.
We are looking for people who:
– Is thorough, organized and flexible. – Have good communication skills in Swedish and English. – Is self-driven and solution-oriented. – Experience in similar roles (advantageous, but not a requirement). About the position: We offer a project position for three months with the possibility of extension. Travel in the service with overnight stays elsewhere will be part of your everyday life.
