You Are Here is an advertising agency in Nyköping. An hour from Stockholm but light years from Stureplan. We are currently 8 employees and a large network of freelancers who work together to deliver long-term strategies, creative campaigns and engaging content. We work closely with our clients and maintain a very high level of service. We are now looking for you who are positive, efficient and humble.
About the roles
At the agency, you will work with graphic design with a focus on original production for printed channels. You should have good knowledge of writing in a correct and easy-to-understand way and of course a genuine interest in graphic design. The tasks will mainly be linked to working in existing graphic profiles – not to developing new ones. We would therefore like to see work samples that correspond to this.
We think this is you
You are an experienced graphic designer/originator and have relevant education. You have several years of experience working with different brands and have good communication and writing skills in Swedish and English. A possible job interview will include a short test of your knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
You see AI as a natural tool and continuously develop your own way of working. You find it easy to take instructions and work to deadlines and follow existing graphic profiles.

About the roles
We are now looking for a driven Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the operational work between employees at the agency, our suppliers and our customers.
You will work together with the agency’s creative team and you will be responsible for planning projects, setting quotes, keeping budgets, setting schedules, planning resources, meeting deadlines, evaluating and following up on projects.
We think this is you
You have several years of experience working with brands or companies and have excellent communication and writing skills in Swedish and English. Several of our clients are English-speaking and a possible job interview will be held partly in English.
You have experience of managing production and allocating tasks in tools such as Notion, Asana, Trello, Blikk or equivalent. You see AI as a natural tool and continuously develop your work. The fact that it is a lot to do and goes fast in the turns is just the way you want it.

At the agency, you will work with editing films for various channels. The films we produce are both commercials and documentaries and vary in both length and expression. You should have good knowledge of writing in a correct and easy-to-understand way and of course a genuine interest in film productions in general.

You are an experienced film/video editor and have relevant training.
You have several years of experience working with editing and are therefore quick in your professional role. The films you will work on may be created and filmed by our creative team at the agency or by external resources, therefore it is important that you are able to take instructions easily and adapt to different types of material and qualities.
You have previously worked with different types of clients and brands and have good communication and writing skills in Swedish and English. Several of our customers are English-speaking and a possible job interview will be held partly in English and include a test of your knowledge of Premiere Pro, Audition and After Effects.
Your duties will include editing and grading, sound editing, subtitling and formatting. Participation in filming may be required, and experience in podcast production as well as assisting in filming and photography is an advantage.
