The Summer Worker of the Year program was initiated by Svenska Kulturpärlor to promote young people in the hospitality industry and showcase the career opportunities the industry offers. All hotels, hostels, B&Bs, restaurants, bars and cafés had the opportunity to nominate their best summer workers.
