To tackle the shortage of service technicians, we created ‘Teamwork’ – an engaging digital challenge for the younger generation.

The target group is students facing the choice of upper secondary education – a big decision with many options. At vocational and high school fairs, prospective students can play Teamwork while Scania Sweden employees get a valuable moment to interact directly with students. The game is a scalable concept that can easily be taken to schools or during study visits to Scania workshops.

With the help of clever challenges, students get an experience of the profession and what it is like to solve complex service tasks in time. By focusing on collaboration and problem solving, Teamwork is broadening the image of the role of a service worker in the heavy vehicle industry.
